Distance Sales Agreement

Effective Date: June 1, 2026
The following Distance Sales Agreement automatically applies to all sales made through favtechnology.com. By ticking the checkbox during the order completion step, you declare that you have read and accepted this agreement.

1. Parties

1.2. BUYER

The real or legal person whose name, surname, address and contact information are stated in the order form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website favtechnology.com.

3. Product Information Subject to the Agreement

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product are included in the order summary and invoice.

4. General Provisions

  • The BUYER is deemed to have read and confirmed the order content, price (including VAT), payment/delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal.
  • The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in sound condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with a warranty certificate/user manual, if applicable.
  • The SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in cases of force majeure or stock errors.

5. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, EFT/money order, or closed payment.
  • Standard delivery is free for orders within TRNC.
  • Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days depending on product availability. The delivery time is specified in the order confirmation email.
  • If there is no one at the delivery address, the cargo company will leave a note or attempt re-delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penal clause.

Exercising the right of withdrawal:

  1. Notifying your withdrawal request via WhatsApp or email
  2. Returning the product in its original packaging, undamaged and complete
  3. Sending the sales invoice together with the product

When the product is returned, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method you used.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Systems that have been installed, assembled, or commissioned
  • Software-activated, digitally licensed products
  • Products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons
  • Products that may spoil quickly or have an expired use-by date

8. Warranty

All products are covered by manufacturer warranty. For warranty periods, scope, and processes, please refer to the Warranty Conditions page.

9. Force Majeure

Delivery or service may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, war, restrictions, cargo disruptions, manufacturer stock problems, etc.). In these cases, the parties are not liable to pay any compensation to each other.

10. Dispute Resolution

The legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Nicosia Courts are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.

11. Effectiveness

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement when they tick the "I have read and accepted the Distance Sales Agreement" box on the order completion screen, and the agreement becomes effective.

The conditions stated on this page apply to all sales made from our website. The seller company reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement.
