Return and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation before shipping
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without stating any reason. If you have made a payment, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 1-7 business days.
Cancellation after shipping
For orders that have been shipped, the return process applies instead of cancellation (see the clauses below).
2. Right of Return (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with TRNC legislation, as a consumer, you have the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received it, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be in its original unopened packaging or opened as per the manual.
- The product must be undamaged and unused.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty card must be inside the original box.
- It must be returned with the sales invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Personalized products: Products specially ordered, with names/text engraved, or specially configured.
- Installed/commissioned systems: Systems such as CCTV, network, audio-visual systems where on-site installation has been completed.
- Software licenses: Activated digital licenses (software, subscriptions).
- Hygienic products: Products unsuitable for return due to user health (headphone ear pads, etc.).
- Consumables: Opened batteries, used filters, etc.
4. Return Process
Notify Your Return Request
Contact us via WhatsApp (0539 116 80 80), phone (0392 444 08 50), or email (info@favtechnology.com) with your order number and reason for return.
Get a Return Number
After your request is approved, you will be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You must send the product back with this number.
Send the Product or Bring it to the Store
You can bring the product to our store in its original packaging, along with the invoice and warranty card, or send it by cargo.
Inspection & Approval
When the product arrives at the store, it is inspected within 1-3 business days; if the return conditions are met, it is approved.
Refund
After approval, the amount you paid will be refunded within 14 days using the payment method you used (card, bank transfer).
5. Return Shipping Fee
If the product is faulty, wrongly sent, or incompatible with the order, the shipping fee belongs to the SELLER. For standard returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER (average 50-100 TL within TRNC).
6. Faulty/Missing/Defective Product
If you notice damage, missing parts, or a defect in the product upon receipt:
- Try to open the cargo before accepting it; if there is damage, have a cargo damage report drawn up.
- Inform us via WhatsApp within 48 hours (with photo/video).
- The faulty/defective product replacement process will be initiated, and the shipping fee will belong to the SELLER.
7. Warranty vs. Return
The right of withdrawal (14 days) and warranty right (2-5 years) are different things:
- Withdrawal: You are not satisfied, you changed your mind.
- Warranty: The product malfunctions, gives an error in normal use.
