Distance Sales Agreement

The following Distance Sales Agreement automatically applies to all sales made through favtechnology.com. By checking the box during the order completion step, you declare that you have read and accepted this agreement.

1. Parties

1.2. BUYER

The real or legal person whose name, surname, address, and contact information are specified in the order form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website, favtechnology.com.

3. Product Information Subject to the Agreement

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product are included in the order summary and invoice.

4. General Provisions

  • The BUYER is deemed to have read and confirmed the order content, price (including VAT), payment/delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal.
  • The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product sound, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with a warranty certificate/user manual, if any.
  • The SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in cases of force majeure or stock error.

5. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer/EFT or in our store. Online payment by credit and debit card will be available soon.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer/EFT are kept in “Payment pending” status until the payment reaches the SELLER’s bank account and is verified; until then the order is not considered confirmed and is not shipped. For these orders, the delivery period starts from the date the payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery within the TRNC is free for orders of 10,000 TL and above. For orders below 10,000 TL, the delivery fee is 300 TL and is added to the order total at checkout.
  • Store pickup is free of charge. You can choose the Store Pickup option at checkout; we will let you know when your order is ready. Address: Katibim Sokak 5, Nicosia · Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00.
  • For in-stock products, delivery within the TRNC is completed within 72 hours. For out-of-stock products, the estimated delivery time is specified in the order confirmation email.
  • Delivery is carried out by the FAV Technology team without using a courier company. If no one is present at the delivery address, our team contacts the BUYER to arrange a new delivery time.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without showing any reason and without paying any penalty clause.

Exercising the right of withdrawal:

  1. Notifying your withdrawal request via WhatsApp or email
  2. Returning the product in its original packaging, undamaged and complete
  3. Bringing the product to our store or sending it by courier (for standard returns, the transport cost is borne by the BUYER)
  4. Sending the sales invoice together with the product

When the product is returned, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method you used.

For defective (faulty), damaged, incomplete or wrongly sent products, the BUYER notifies the SELLER within 48 hours of delivery of any issue not noticeable at delivery. Such products are replaced or refunded, as the BUYER prefers; all transport costs for collecting the product and delivering the replacement are borne by the SELLER. 7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Systems that have been installed, assembled, or commissioned
  • Products with activated software, digital licenses
  • Products unsuitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health
  • Products that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass

8. Warranty

All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. For warranty periods, coverage, and procedures, please refer to the Warranty Conditions page.

9. Force Majeure

Delivery or service may be interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, war, restrictions, transport or delivery disruption, manufacturer stock problems, etc.). In such cases, the parties are not obliged to pay any compensation to each other.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Nicosia Courts are authorized.

11. Effectiveness

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement when they check the box "I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement" on the order completion screen, and the agreement comes into effect.

The conditions stated on this page apply to all sales made from our website. The seller company reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the agreement.
