How long does it take for an order to be shipped after purchase?

Orders within TRNC are generally shipped the same day or the next business day.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes. We provide professional installation services throughout TRNC with our certified field team for CCTV, network, audio, smart building, and power systems.

Do I get a special price for bulk/project purchases?

Project pricing applies from 5+ units. We offer a special discount structure for system integrators, engineering firms, and corporate clients.

What is the warranty period?

All our products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Unless otherwise specified, a 1-year warranty is our standard. For details, see the Warranty page.

How does after-sales support work?

For after-sales, we offer WhatsApp support, phone support, and remote access intervention. For corporate clients, there are annual maintenance contract options.

Is product return possible?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days for products whose packaging is unopened and which are undamaged. Special orders, installed products, and custom-ordered products are not eligible for return.
