How long does delivery take after I order?
For in-stock products, delivery within the TRNC is completed within 72 hours. For out-of-stock products, the estimated delivery time will be shared with you after your order.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes. With our expert team we carry out installations across North Cyprus for security, networking, audio-video, smart building and energy systems. The site survey is free.
Can I get a special price for bulk and project purchases?
Yes. We set the price for bulk and project purchases based on your request. Send us your requirements via the quote form.
What is the warranty period?
All products come with a 12-month warranty backed by FAV Technology. Some products also carry an additional manufacturer warranty. For details, see the Warranty Conditions page.
How does after-sales support work?
For after-sales, we offer WhatsApp support, phone support, and remote support by our help desk team via remote desktop connection. For corporate clients, there are annual maintenance contract options.
Is product return possible?
Yes. You can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. For standard returns, the transport cost is yours. Products ordered specially for you and products that have been installed cannot be returned.
